Drop In Session with Metts, Ryan & Collins!!!
Metts, Ryan & Collins drop in to the PRP studio this week to hang with Kelly Jones and talk about their musical influences, share stories, and invite you to their upcoming Jimmy Mak's show on Saturday, May 2nd.
This down-to-earth rock and roll band just performed an all-ages sneak preview show at Music Millenium on Sunday - total fan accessibility and amazing performance quality led to a wonderful afternoon. Screaming fans, a new red vinyl release, and a unique opportunity to have pizza with the band - wow! And the full sound that came from these three guys...it means that every single one of them was rocking really REALLY hard!
Here's a brief timeline of events:
January 2015 - MRC plays Whiskey a Go Go in Hollywood, CA
February 2015 - Self-titled debut recording release - available on vinyl, CD and digitally on I-tunes and CD Baby and at Music Millennium.
MRC's hit song 'Oregon' will be featured on KINK Homegrown Music Volume 8 to be release in June 2015.
This compilation CD is a fundraiser for Oregon Food Bank.
The same song, 'Oregon', was also used at the Moda Center during a Portland Trailblazers home game.
Currently working on a collection of songs that will be the next recording - 2 new songs will be played for the first time on 5/2 at Jimmy Mak's.
